I've always had a broad definition of what I do. Generally I've ignored the borders of where my responsibility began and ended. Design isn't making something look "pretty." Its ultimately the blueprint of how something will function and relate to the people that experience it. The more familiar the designer is with the execution of the concept the better equiped they are to produce successful work. In the case of interactive design I've carried many projects from concept to completion.

I've been working in the Nashville, Tn area for the last 4 years. I've worked at an advertising agency, a small design shop, as a freelancer, and as the Lead Interactive designer for Gibson Guitar.
